HORMONE BALANCING ALMOND, MACA & CINNAMON SMOOTHIE
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 or 2 tsp maca powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
(optional) 1 tbsp raw protein powder (I used hemp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
Approx 10 ice cubes
2 medjool dates, pitted
Simply add everything to a blender and mix until smooth.
Taste and adjust flavours, if necessary.
Serve and enjoy!
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon natrihealth maca powder
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
pinch of black pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper (optional!)
1 cup fresh, hot coffee
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
natural sweetener of choice (raw coconut sugar, stevia, pure maple syrup)
splash of any dairy-free milk (unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1 cup fresh coffee
In a coffee mug, combine the cacao, maca, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Pour hot coffee over and stir until combined!
Add in the vanilla, sweetener, dairy free milk of choice and stir.
