SPIRULINA BANANA WHIP
1 ripe banana
4 frozen ripe bananas
3/4 cup | 180 ml. plant-based milk
1 tbsp Natrihealth spirulina powder
( optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup )
a few tablespoons of roasted almond butter
walnuts ( or any nuts & seeds )
fresh mint leaves
1.Cut all bananas in large chunks and throw them in a food processor or high speed blender.
2.Blend until a thick and smooth ice-cream like mixture is formed.
3. With the motor running, slowly feed the plant-based milk into your food processor or blender.
4. At last, add natrihealth spirulina powder and blend until it is combined.
5. Pour the whip in two bowls, swirl in the almond butter and top with all the goodies. Serve and enjoy immediately!
SPIRULINA CHIA PUDDING
For the Chia Pudding
⅔ cup almond milk
⅓ cup chia seeds
½ cup blueberries, fresh
For the Green Layer
½ ripe avocado, peeled and cut into cubes
½ tsp Natrihealth spirulina powder
3-4 fresh mint leaves
½ tsp bee pollen
1 tsp raw agave nectar
¼ cup almond milk
Fresh blueberries, mixed nuts, mint leaves, to garnish
In a blender add the blueberries, almond milk and agave nectar, and process to obtain an intense colored liquid.
Transfer into a medium bowl, add chia seeds, mix to combine and set aside for 30 minutes, until the seeds absorb all the liquid.
Distribute the pudding into the serving jars.
Add the green smoothie ingredients into the blender and process to obtain a creamy mixture.
Pour it evenly on top of the chia pudding layer into serving jars.
Garnish with seeds, mint leaves and bee pollen, and serve or pack for later.
This common snack gets supercharged with the addition of Natrihealth Spirulina and seasoning.

Make popcorn as usual. Mix together any or all of the above ingredients. While popcorn is still warm, add seasoning mixture and shake vigorously so that popcorn is evenly coated.
